Quality is a fundamental objective for CFP: we have always invested in advanced technologies and rigorous control of every stage of the die-casting process. This commitment took the form of obtaining Quality Management System certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
Quality controls on products are carried out using advanced methods and state-of-the-art instruments, enabling CFP S.r.l. to meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers. Qualified personnel, high-precision measuring machines and constant attention to quality are a concrete guarantee of product reliability and conformity.
CHECKS
ON THE MACHINE
The operator performs an initial visual check directly on board the machine in order to promptly detect any defects or anomalies in the parts produced.
CONTROL PLAN
CFP applies a control plan defined in agreement with the customer to ensure compliance with technical requirements and adherence to specifications at each stage of the production process.
CHECKS WITH CERTIFIED INSTRUMENTS
Dimensional inspections are performed with certified instrumentation, including three-dimensional and X-ray measuring machines, to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
