Our die casting department consists of fully automated islands, equipped with loaders, lubricators, and anthropomorphic robots..

This configuration allows the die casting process of light alloys to be carried out under controlled conditions, ensuring production efficiency, consistent quality, and dimensional repeatability.

CFP’s press fleet includes machines ranging from 200 to 750 tons, ideal for the mass production of die-cast aluminum components.

TRANSCUTING

The transcutting phase allows for the automatic finishing of die-cast parts, ensuring the precise removal of burrs, channels, and injection points, with shears of various tonnages.
